Roger Howard Estate Sales

Roger Howard provides comprehensive residential estate sale services to private individuals, law firms, banks, and trust and estate professionals. Whether you are the owner or the custodian of an estate, you can trust us to handle every aspect of your liquidation with complete honesty, integrity, discretion and dependability. We tailor our services to your needs, whether it means handling the entire contents of a residential estate or just a selected portion. Our goal is to eliminate the worry and stress you would face by managing an estate sale yourself and give you a greater rate of return.

Roger Howard also conducts estate appraisals and can provide a complete inventory of your personal property before the sale— evaluating everything from fine antiques, sterling silver, collectibles and artwork to household appliances, electronics and automobiles.

Estate sales are conducted "on-premise" or may be relocated to our facilities if necessary. We do not conduct auctions. Our services include—

• Preparation of residential contents for sale
• Pricing and tagging personal property to be sold
• Placement of advertising and signage
• Sending notification via e-mail to our list of qualified buyers
• Obtaining permits as required by city and state
• Providing sales personnel and security as needed
• Collecting and submitting sales tax
• Remitting net proceeds of sale along with sales report
• Distribution of remaining inventory to charity on request
• Arranging clean-up after sale

We offer a FREE on-site consultation and estimate for clients in the Greater Houston area. Because we tailor our services, we may make an outright offer to purchase individual items or the entire contents of the estate in some circumstances.
